You keep the client relationship, and we do the Shopify build. We work through your Shopify collaborator account or a staff or collaborator account on the client’s store, so store ownership always stays with the merchant. There is no MGN branding in theme files, app listings or communication.

NDA first: we sign your NDA, or provide ours, before we see client details, and we can work under a subcontractor agreement. We use Shopify collaborator access, never the store owner’s credentials.

COMMUNICATION
Our team works US business hours (EST/PST), so you get real-time collaboration, not overnight handoffs. Questions are answered while the build is moving and review rounds fit inside your working day.
We work in your channels: Slack, email, and Asana, Jira, ClickUp or your own PM tool, with a weekly status update you can forward to your client. Timelines are agreed during scoping for each project.
